Refund policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following conditions carefully.

 

1. Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Products)

For non-custom (universal) products, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

●  The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

●  The item is in resalable condition

●  Proof of purchase is provided

Non-returnable situations:

●  Used or installed items

●  Damaged due to improper use or installation

●  Missing packaging or components

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made and personalized products (including customized steering wheel covers and customized headrest covers) are produced based on your selected specifications.

● Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After this 24-hour window, production scheduling begins, and we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification.


● Return / Refund Restrictions

After production begins or the item has been shipped, custom products are not eligible for return or refund, except in the following cases:

○  Incorrect item sent (wrong material, color, or configuration)

○  Confirmed manufacturing defects

○  Verified fitment error caused by our production

The following situations are not considered defects:

●  As each custom product is tailored specifically to the vehicle details provided, we are not responsible for fitment issues arising from incorrect car models, years, or steering wheel photos provided by the customer at checkout.

●  Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

●  Difficulty during installation

●  Damage caused during installation

3. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

●  A defective item

●  A damaged item

●  An incorrect item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

●  Order number

●  Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will review and provide an appropriate solution.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

●  Contact us at: support@kavaxi.com

●  Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any item

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted, and returns must be shipped to our designated processing center; please do not send items to the initial shipping address on the package without authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

●  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us.

●  Original shipping fees and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

●  You will be notified of approval or rejection

●  Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable within 5-10 business days. In certain cases, we may offer store credit or alternative solutions.

7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union:

●  Standard products may be eligible for a 14-day withdrawal period

●  However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made or personalized products are exempt. This does not affect your rights in cases of:

○  Manufacturing defects

○  Incorrect fulfillment

○  Delivery damage

8. Warranty Policy

We provide limited warranty coverage:

●  Custom Steering Wheel Covers: 24 months

●  Custom Headrest Covers: 12 months

●  Universal Headrest Covers: 9 months

Warranty covers:

●  Manufacturing defects

●  Material defects under normal use

Warranty does NOT cover:

●  Normal wear and tear

●  Improper installation or misuse

●  Lack of maintenance (e.g., Alcantara care issues)

How to submit a claim:

Please contact support@kavaxi.com with:

●  Order number

●  Description of the issue

●  Clear photos or videos

We may offer:

●  Replacement

●  Repair guidance

●  Partial refund or other reasonable solution

We may request the return of the defective product for inspection in certain cases.
