Shipping policy
At KAVAXI, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently and reliably as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
● Custom-made products (e.g., steering wheel covers, personalized headrest covers):
Orders are made according to your selected specifications and vehicle details.
Processing typically takes 2–4 business days, including production scheduling and quality inspection.
● Universal products (standard headrest covers):
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, including production scheduling and quality inspection.
Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volume.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide using multiple logistics partners depending on destination and service availability.
Standard Shipping
● United States: 10–15 business days
● Europe & Australia: 12–20 business days
● Rest of World: 12–25 business days
Expedited Shipping
● United States: 5–7 business days
● Europe & Australia: 5–7 business days
● Rest of World: 5–7 business days
Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local logistics conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Please note that Expedited Shipping services (such as DHL/FedEx) cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. A physical street address is required.
3. Shipping Fees
● Standard shipping is available for many destinations at no additional cost, unless otherwise displayed at checkout.
● Expedited shipping fees (if selected) will be calculated and shown at checkout.
● If a shipment is refused or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may deduct the original shipping cost and return handling fees from the refund.
Final shipping cost and delivery options are always confirmed at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs clearance fees depending on your country.
● These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.
● The customer is responsible for any such additional charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
● Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
6. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped via carriers such as 4PX, YunExpress, SF International, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or equivalent logistics providers depending on destination.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, KAVAXI is not responsible for lost packages or redelivery fees. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make an address correction.
